Veteran actor Yusuf Hussain, known for movies and TV shows like Kumkum: Ek Pyaara Sa Bandhan, Mullah Nasruddin, Ssshhhh... Koi Hai, CID, Tum Bin Jaaoon Kahaan, died on Saturday because of COVID-19. He was 73.
The entertainer died at Lilavati Hospital here, Husain's child in-law, filmmaker Hansal Mehta told PTI.
Mehta took to Twitter and wrote a passionate note for the entertainer, reviewing how Husain had helped him monetarily after his component "Shahid" was stuck after two timetables.
"I was grieved. A non-existent profession as a movie producer was nearly completed totally. He just came dependent upon me and said I have a decent store and it is of no utilization to me in case you are so upset. He composed a check. 'Shahid' was finished. That was Yusuf Husain.
"Not my dad in-law but rather a dad. He was life if life itself needed to have an actual structure. Today he is gone," Mehta composed.

The movie producer said he owes his "new life" to Husain and composed he feels "genuinely stranded today."
"Life won't ever go back. I will miss you frightfully. My Urdu will stay broken. Furthermore, yes - love you love you love you," he added.
The veteran entertainer's credits likewise incorporate movies like "Dabangg 3", "Good gracious", "I'm Singh" and had additionally gone for Abhishek Bachchan-starrer forthcoming spine chiller "Bounce Biswas".
Bachchan took to Twitter and furthermore paid his sympathies to the veteran.
